On Friday, October 7th students and staff at Chapin Street School transformed themselves into their favorite superheroes arriving to school as Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Captain America, Hulk, The Flash, Superwoman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, to name a few.  This funtastic eruption of superheroes was the first of several Spirit Days that will be celebrated during the school year.

“On any given day at Chapin Street School you will find superhero students focusing on their reading, writing and arithmetic and superhero staff supporting all students to be the best they can be, but today was fun because we all had the opportunity to dress as our favorite superhero character,” commented Mrs. Nikki Reed, Chapin Street Principal. “Everyone enjoys the opportunity to turn an ordinary day into something extraordinary and exciting.”

Many thanks to the staff who shared the amazing photos below.
